"more entertainment and more food variety"

"The staff was really helpful, especially the concierge. Angel was great; she helped me with my activities and planned my birthday dinner. I can’t complain about anyone there, though the portion sizes could be better."

"The property is absolutely beautiful with large villas on the hill and shuttle services to take you from the villa to the lobby, beach, restaurants and all the amenities on the resort. We had a one bedroom 2 bathroom villa with living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, large patio with pool and spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. The staff is very friendly, the beach is beautiful. Non motorized water services with lots of fun options. The food in the restaurant is average and it gets pricey if...

"The room was clean and had beautiful views, the staff were helpful and mostly friendly! The included breakfast was not very impressive and the amount of birds flying around you while you are trying to eat your food or the birds eating off things at the buffet was not great. We tried to eat as fast as possible. Overall the views and the access to the beach is the reason why you stay here, truly gorgeous! "Beautiful resort with lots to offer- including a good variety of restaurants and lots of entertainment through out the day and evening. Staff members were all very friendly and informative with any questions we had!"

"Jade Mountain greatly exceeded all of my expectations. I enjoy the quiet environment as well as the cleanliness of the property. My Major Domos were always available to escort me throughout the property as well as provide assistance to things I asked for. Everyone is a true professional and the dinner I had last night (Rainbow fish or something like that) was so good that I ordered a second slice of fish. Hopefully, I'm able to return to the property in the near future."

"Great vacation with excellent location, staff, activities and food. The rooms without air-conditioning were a bit uncomfortable at times during peak October heat indexes ranging up to 100 F during the day so consider aiming for a room with air conditioning if travelling during hot and humid months. Would recommend and will even try to return at some point!"
