"We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony which looked over Queen’s Garden and it is very close to the Brisbane Mall. The room was old world and beautifully appointed. The staff were ever so helpful, you would not regret staying there."

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."
