It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!

Das Einchecken am Automaten geht ganz einfach, man bekommt im Voraus alles wichtige per WhatsApp oder E-Mail mitgeteilt. Schade wars, dass man in der tollen Kellerbar mit großem TV nicht das WM Spiel sehen konnte. Klimaanlage gab es leider keine, aber zum Glück ist es nachts etwas kühler geworden, sodass ein öffnen des Fensters gereicht hat. Das Einzelzimmer (207) war groß genug, sauber, ordentlich und hatte ein schönes großes Bad. Falls ich mal wieder nach Eberswalde komme würde ich definitiv wieder hier absteigen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Hallo, ich möchte ein kurzes Feedback zu meinem Aufenthalt am 2. August 2025 geben. Beim Frühstück – das ich separat für 15 € gebucht hatte – wurde ich mitten im Essen und einem vertraulichen Telefonat in sehr unfreundlichem Ton zum sofortigen Verlassen aufgefordert. Zwei Mitarbeitende drohten sogar mit der Polizei, obwohl ich längst ausgecheckt war. Die Regel, dass man auch den Frühstücksraum um 11 Uhr verlassen muss, wurde mir zuvor nie mitgeteilt. Besonders schade: Die Kollegin mit roten Haaren sowie Torge waren sehr freundlich – ihre tolle Arbeit wurde durch das Verhalten der anderen leider konterkariert. Das Zimmer und Konzept fand ich überzeugend, aber im Service sehe ich Schulungsbedarf. Für Rückfragen stehe ich gern zur Verfügung. In Anbetracht der unangemessenen Behandlung beim Frühstück bitte ich höflich um eine anteilige Rückerstattung der 15 € Frühstückskosten. Die Leistung wurde mir unter unzumutbaren Bedingungen verwehrt. Ich hoffe auf Ihr Verständnis und eine kulante Lösung. Vielen Dank im Voraus! Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Philipp Stelzner

Check in am Automaten finde ich etwas unpersönlich. Da ich mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs war, konnte ich niemanden fragen, wohin damit. Ich hab es einfach aufs Zimmer mitgenommen. Das Hotel ist digital. Öffnen und schließen der Türen mit Smartphone hat wunderbar funktioniert. Für ältere Generationen vielleicht zu fortschrittlich. Aber es ist leider die Zukunft. Hotel ist neu eingerichtet, sauber und empfehlenswert.

Jeder Zeit wieder.

Sehr schönes neu errichtetes Appartementhaus, voll elektronisch ohne Rezeption. Schlüssel bekommst du auf Smartphone. Für ältere Menschen vielleicht etwas schwieriger, aber ich finde das System klasse.

Die Zugangsdaten kamen relativ spät aufs Handy , aber rechtzeitig zum einchecken . Parkplatzsituation ist in Ordnung und das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut . Gern buchen wir hier wieder .
