"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. "We had a lovely time here with our 2 year old for two nights. We stayed in the Bluebell Pod which was so cosy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the woods and the animals. Many thanks. Hope to come again next year! "

"I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. And I heard quite a number of people press the door...
