"Nice hotel, room was a decent size, and had a comfy bed. The hotel is directly across the road from the train station, ideal if you have late arrivals or early departure. Easy walk down to the lakefront area as well, and an underground shopping centre is almost directly out the door. Lifts are tiny, even more so than usual for European hotels, in the smaller of the two lifts, myself, my bag & backpack took up the whole lift space. "Clean and nice hotel. Staff are exceptional! I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby. Other staff are always trying to be helpful. Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "

"It was a beautiful day when I was there, so I tried to find a spot to sit outside in the sunshine. There was a ground-floor area outside of the breakfast area that was closed midday, and another area outside of the main-floor restaurant that was only accessible if you were in the restaurant. It would have been nice to be able to sit in either of these areas and enjoy the lovely weather, but both were effectively off limits. "Loved our stay at this new boutique hotel. It’s outside of city center but only a 7min walk to the nearest train station and bus stop across the street for easy access to city center and airport. Customer service was great, everyone was very nice. It sits right on Lake Geneva with even swimming access. Highly recommend!"
