"The facility was nice but as it is behind the customs and security point, the logistics of baggage and so forth is very much a hassle. I was able to navigate but if I had not been planning on being to gate 2 hours early, it would not have worked out."

"We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."

"The room was beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that there were plenty of dining options downstairs. I was traveling solo so it was extremely convenient having the airport terminal across the way. It is only a short walk across a bridge to get to an elevator that takes you down to the level needed. It’s tricky to find, but if you ask for help it won’t be a problem."
