"Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."

A local family member told me that the area can get rowdy which could lead to be unsafe. But we didn’t feel unsafe. We walked around the area, shopped and went to restaurants in the area."
