"The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all because I have a really bad allergies specially of a smoke and I sneezed like 20,00000 times. Unfortunately we checked in around 2:30am so our options weren’t many to look for another place to sleep at that time, but we checked out around 8 ish after taking a shower to try to get the smell out of us. I wanted to bring up as well the floor feels sticky. The kitchen area of the room is updated with new appliances but the bathroom didn’t look that nice. I’m very disappointed. "

"There are some kind of chemical air freshener being pumped into the room to the point where I lost consciousness was barely get to the door and open it and call 911. I did complain to the office before I was in the room within five minutes, but there was nothing I can do since I had already checked in. The police arrange for me to go to a different hotel. I told Management about it again the next morning when I checked out and they were completely unconcerned. "

"The ocean view was lovely! The coffee/breakfast on site was ok and the after 5pm menu for room delivery is limited which was a bummer. Other than that our stay was lovely! "

"Be very cautious in the extra fees for incidentals. Usually this happens when there is damage to something in the room etc. we got charged $50.00 because there was some blood on a towel after my partner shaved and nicked himself in the shower. Uses the towel as intended to dry off and got some blood on the towel. It’s crazy that towels are suppose to be used but if you use them you will be charged $50.00 for doing so. They made it seem like the towel was completely covered in massive amounts of blood. I have never had this happen even at high end hotels. To me this is ridiculous and we will never stay at Days Inn and I highly recommend you don’t either and skip staying at a Days Inn especially if this is what they consider to charge the 50.00 for incidentals on. "

"Trashy. One room was broken into with the door latch unable to lock, another room had no running water, while my disability room was on the second floor. 4 unsatisfied guests tried to get their rooms exchanged, during my check in, to address their issues, to no avail. Construction began at 8:30 a.m. with hammering loud enough to awaken sleeping guests."

"I had to ask for towels when I went into room. The view was okay I saw the ocean but no beach. It was just an okay hotel for the night and the price was reasonable."

"My fiancé and I came to the resort for his nephews baptism. The check in process was seamless, personable and very pleasant! We were given an ocean view room that did not disappoint 💕. Steven is an incredible part of the team and treated us like family. We frequented the poolside bar quite often, as we had plenty of downtime with the baptism located all the way in Jupiter on Saturday afternoon. From start to finish, Gina was incredible and is a huge asset, also so much fun! Remembered our drinks, names, room number, all of it! We met Allison on our last day at the bar and she was fantastic as well. We initially were supposed to check out Sunday, but were enjoying ourselves so much, we decided to extend our stay til Monday. Stephanie was quick to assist and although we were going to have to change rooms, she was more than accommodating and offered us a balcony ocean view room for our final day. We were ready to move rooms, but in the final minutes she was able to secure our same room due to a cancellation! It worked out beautifully because we fell in love with the room and the view. To all involved, we thank you and will be returning ASAP! 👏"
