"Breakfast quality was good, although pancake maker wasn’t working and they ran out of plates and forks and knives. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring. "

"I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. "

"Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator...

"The facility was adequate. Needs updating for current technology. The TV was only connected to cable and had no capabilities for streaming. The phone had to be disconnected because of a message beep that could not be turned off. The phone was useless to contact the front desk or anything else. Physical accomodations were very clean and good. "

"Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. "

"Terrible service. Roaches in the room. Staff very rude especially the breakfast staff. Nothing fresh and everyday had to ask for utensils and napkins. I requested for bedding to be changed 2 days in a roll and it never was done. They went in and just made the bed up but didn’t change it. AC didn’t work well. Not enough towels each day. Room smelt bad and carpet was wet. Tv didn’t work. "

"Sink in bathroom was falling off the wall. Room condition old and not clean. Continental breakfast wasn't either maintained or stocked. Under sink was patched repeatedly with caulk and there was rust everywhere. Not safe area. "

"I had everything i needed while i was staying. Breakfast was good. I was still close to all shopping and certain food places. I was still able to get to New Orleans within 15 minutes for all my late night fun. I loved it. "
