"Warm welcome on arrival with a busy reception area. Given all the information we required and offered a reduced price on breakfast which we took advantage of. Free tea and coffee on offer beside reception/bar which was a nice touch. "We stayed at the Albany for 5 nights. Beautiful room. Great neighborhood close to old town and new, trains and trams. If you need more water, towels, a sewing kit or iron they will supply it. Extra bonus tea and cookies in room everyday. I will stay here again."
