I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and the service has usually been good. However, on this occasion we experienced issues with the room that were never resolved, which is not acceptable. As a result, we will need to reconsider staying there again.

The main entrance is fresh and modern with excellent and friendly staff. Free filter coffee and tea available at all times. Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
