Fab resort, excellent quality accommodation, everything well maintained. Surf lessons well organised and good value for money! On site surf shop well stocked. Restaurant great, dealt well with my mums dietary requirements. Only issue we had was reception not being contactable until 10am, we couldn’t book the buggy to take our things to the car. The weather was terrible, after 10am staff put the phone on permanent engaged tone. When I asked about that, the staff member was quite curt, said she was on her own. There was plenty of staff around surely someone else could take the phone if reception is busy. Disappointed to leave feeling annoyed and drenched after such a wonderful stay otherwise. Customer service on departure didn’t match the 5 star service we had received on arrival and during our stay.

Los pods son preciosos y muy funcionales. Todo está muy limpio y cuidado. El personal de recepción muy bien. La única pega es que desde el parking a los pods hay un camino de unos 300m por donde en algunas zonas las ruedas de la maleta se atascan al ser de arena.
