"Hotel was great. Conveniently located to Royal Mile and restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was that there was only one working elevator which was also used by staff so long waits at elevator. Once the second one is repaired that problem should be remedied."

"The stay just ended on the wrong note with what looked like a 10cm/10cm blood stain in the entryway of our room. We were lucky enough that they had other rooms available. The second room bathroom sink smelled like pee. Just really not what I am used to from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Really disappointed ..."

"The room was comfortable. The towels were large. It said it was a superior room, but the noise from the street kept me from getting sleep.
