"Almost impossible to find our villa, beach access or any other place we wanted to find. Staff was NO help. Literally saying they were too busy to help us find our villa. Charleston Kiawah Island/Andell Inn
"The staff was excellent except one housekeeper was rude. She was asked to clean our room and slamming doors and objects around while we were present in the room. Everything else was clean and lovely. Thank you so much for a peaceful stay."
