"The walls are thin. Noise level is high from the people in the pool, hallway and upstairs. The staff at check in was amazing. Beds were not comfortable, only stayed 1 night wish we picked elsewhere"

"it was a terrible experience. We found the reception desk in a second run down building. We were told the room was recently remodeled. It looked unfinished. Paint on the door, glue on shower floor. Clumpy grout painted over. Bath was not clean, dirt in the corner of the room. Base board was loose in places. Bath had no finish on the side of the floor. Staff less than helpful. Went in for breakfast. There was nothing, not even coffee. The time was 8:00 am. We will not use Quality Inn again"

"This unique hotel has a lot to offer! Don't be deterred by the road construction going on out front. There is a nice bar and lounge onsite. There's a Mexican restaurant next door, a pizza place close by, several coffee shops, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. Jess, the onsite manager was great and very helpful."

"The room itself was clean and pet friendly but the grounds were in horrible condition. I picked a room with a patio by the lake so I could sit out on the patio and enjoy the view and have a place to walk the dog but I never opened the sliding door. The patio was covered in geese poop and the table outside the same. Molded over. I didn't even turn on the ac/heat because I was afraid of the toxic air it would take in because unit right by the filth. The hallway right in front of my room had a bucket w/brown water from a ceiling leak with several tiles missing and obvious mold. The grounds scattered with trash and beer cans and cigarette butts. Grass not cut. I never leave a review like this but I don't want others to deal with same issues. The front desk was pleasant and housekeeping inside of room cleaned room. I feel sorry for the employees that work here. How embarrassing. Goose poop is highly deadly if injested by dogs and also toxic to humans. Bacteria: Goose droppings can carry harmful germs such as E. coli, Salmonella, and Cryptosporidium. A day after I checked out, I had a severe sore throat and infection for several days. I left the bathroom fan on 24/7 but it made no difference. As a mater of fact, the bathroom stayed constantly damp. The new towels placed in room were wet prior to using. "

"Enjoyed my stay! I will definitely come back. The cabin we stayed at was perfect for my 2 kids, my mom, and I. The property had a path near the river, which we took advantage of. The property was also close to the wedding area that was on a property next to us that we were attending. There was a diner walking distance. However, that was closed for the week. Not sure if it was part of the property. The property was 2 mins from grocery store. The kitchen was had a microwave, stove, and frig. And had your basic utensils and dishware. Staff was helpful and only a text away. Parking was great too. The cabin was clean. Again, we enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again for future trips!"

"What an amazing experience! The domes were well appointed, cool and had lots of options to fine-tune your comfort. The patio furniture was very comfortable and perfect to enjoy the sounds of the San Juan River, mere steps away. There was a gas powered fire pit that we lit to enjoy the evening and stargazing. I highly recommend the Pagosa River Domes for a neat lodging experience. Our king room had plenty of room to relax and enjoy indoors and out. Check-in was simple and easy, with instructions and entry codes provided by email/text. "
