"Staff were amazing. I lost my phone with all my credit cards, I had no money to pay for city taxes which was due on arrival, they let me stay without paying until I figure out my lost phone situation. They helped me make phone calls to ariva the lost and found company to report lost phone and followed up on the status. They are very helpful, and I am thankful. Thank you so much!"

"We waren met z'n vijven, maar helaas waren er maar twee bedden en een tweepersoonsbed klaargezet. Daarnaast kwam er een vieze lucht uit de badkamer die niet wegging. We waren langs de receptie gegaan, maar daar was alleen het meisje dat serveerde in het restaurant. We lieten het daarom maar zo, want we waren al kapot. We wilden graag er wat van zeggen tijdens het inleveren van de sleutel, maar de receptionist was weer niet aanwezig. Het ontbijt was wel goed, maar al met al was dit veel te duur...
