We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. "Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. "

"Everything was wonderful at the suite - large fridge with ice maker, reasonably equipped kitchen, full washer & dryer. I don't watch TV, so I can't comment regarding the TV/cable equipment in the living room and bedroom. In other reviews the "upstairs neighbors" were loud, but I didn't notice anything in particular. It was a very sweet, clean, peaceful visit for me."

"It was nice having private rooms, however the game room was not as advertised. The pool sticks were all broken or had no tips. The pool table was uneven. The air hockey table had water damage and no padding on the bottom of the pushers. Would have been a great place to state if everything was updated and fixed. "
