Cozy room in a lovely old converted bank. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant nearby. Helpful staff. As per other travellers, it is not the easiest to find the entrance: it’s behind the street in a big old white house with no sign - actually Google Maps was spot on but I got a bit confused and had to phone to double check. Suggest therefore you arrive at a decent time if you can (the road to the village is spectacular but a little hair-raising at times, so best done in daylight anyway!). Lovely...

We are very pleased that we chose to stay at this hotel. The young gentleman who welcomed us in the evening was very polite and friendly. He made us feel right at home. The hotel is tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and new bathroom. In the morning we had an excellent breakfast. There were two young men who made sure to continuously replace any foods/drinks that were finishing. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our road trip in Iceland. Highly...
