"Hotel is in an excellent location, handy to historical centre. We booked the room based on having air conditioning, which it had but it didn’t work. So room was too hot and impacted sleep. Room had no fridge. When we asked for an ice bucket to cool drinks this was reluctantly provided. Reception lady said we needed to buy drinks from bar rather than drink our own. "Stayed one night. In my opinion, this property does not match the level of quality I usually associate with Best Western hotels in the US. The room felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty, and the curtain was partially off the window when we arrived..
