"Tout était parfait sauf le fait que la réception était fermée à partir de 22 heures et que nous devions alors entrer dans l'hôtel à l'aide de notre carte. Cela nous incitait à rentrer plus tôt."

"Besser geht's nicht. Hotel in einer zentralen Lage trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Bei unserem Zimmer war das Fernsehgeräte nicht programmiert. Wir konnten nicht fernsehen. Da dieses Problem nicht sofort gelöst werden konnte, wurde kurzerhand das Zimmer getauscht. Frühstück ..."
