"The front desk staff were awesome especially Dottie and Dena. They made the trip more enjoyable. Breakfast was great daily. The only issue I had was the hot water needs to be checked; the shower didnt stay hot and the water in the sink didnt stay hot. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"The room was clean and very well organized. There's everything I need for the long term stay. The breakfast is poor but that's just my opinion and someone would say that's nice and filling. The only thing I didn't like is the windows which unable to open and air out the room. In that case the air is very stuffy and it's hard to breathe during the night."

Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. "Was there for a convention and it was convenient. It says absolutely NO SMOKING everywhere but the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. Spacious suites. Convenient parking spaces. Near Stewart international airport. Less than an hour drive to NYC. It’s nasty but when all hotels in the area are full, consider it camping."

"Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off."

"Just awful on every level. Rooms, stairwells, property filthy and run down. Check in person rude and dismissive. People smoking cigarettes outside entrance doors. Had I not been staying only one night I would have not even made it through. A horrible experience."

"Parking lot is a mess. Check in easy. Everything is old and unclean. We almost left after walking into the room, unfortunately there were not any vacancies in the places we wanted to stay. Washcloth was stained, towels very thin, no tissues, no soap dish for hand washing soap, limited plugs for charging, very thin bed linens.
