"Arrived and told all rooms sold out, despite our having a reservation which was eventually found. They make you pay an add on charge to park in their own parking lot, which is outrageous. Ice machine on our floor was broken, the one on next floor up was flashing that it needed cleaning soon. They both looked old and rusty. Most hotels these days offer a Complementary Breakfast, not here to though, they charge $12+ per person. We skipped that offer. Overall a bad suggestion for a place to stay...

"Our stay at Homes County Hill Suites was good! It was located in a beautiful area with everything close by due to the frontage/expressway. The motel itself was good for a temporary stay, it looks like it needs some detailing done (redo paint job on stairs, repair the out of order washer and dryer, our bathtub was severely peeled/chipped). "It is always a pleasure staying at this DoubleTree. The staff always greets us with a smile and are very helpful. The property always smells great and it is in top condition, it is honestly a home away from home. will definitely keep coming back at least once a month for a staycation :) ."

"Very limited choices for breakfast, room smelled like mold/mildew. The desk chair was tore. up the leather cover was shredded and the fabric under the pieces off leather that was still therec, the toilet wouldn’t flush right, the toilet paper kept coming back up, we stayed one night and that’s it. I took a shower and I could see where the housekeeping only mopped part of the bathroom floor because it was still dirty underneath the sink. Disappointing stay for a Best Westerm"

"Clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave was great. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The pool was nice but we didn’t get to use it and the fitness room was small but had everything you need to get a good workout in. We stayed in a room that had multiple beds and were very satisfied with how everyone was situated. There was a separate area for the third bed so one adult had their own private...

"Incorrect room was booked by 3rd party. was put in a handicapped room which provided a bed that was 5 inches off the ground, very dissatisfied. Elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor. Facility was a bad smell. "
