" I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed that my booking should have included full meals and drinks. The issue has been escalated to their resolution team. "Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice."
