We had a triple room ,private room, not dormitory type. This is the most expensive room in the hostel. However, I would not recommend this hostel if you are looking for a comfortable hostel. You are better off choosing other hostel that costs $10 more than this one. Our room was not cleaned on some days.. After we returned to the hostel exhausted, explaining this to reception increased our fatigue. Also... noise echoes through the room at all hours of the day and night. Nonetheless we were in a private room... When the other rooms use the showers, there is a high-pitched noise that keeps going on for 15-30minutes.. It sounds like a huge shredder going off at 2 am for 30 minutes. The sound always woke us up. It interrupted our rapid. In addition, I asked several questions by email in advance, but to my surprise, there was no reply from the hotel... For example, I asked about the availability of a hair dryer. I was concerned, but decided to trust the hotel and stay for 6 nights in a row. But when I actually arrived, there was no hair dryer. It was cold in Calafate and I was without a hair dryer every day. I immediately caught a cold. I cut my hair due to this issue... What the hotel does not have... Hair dryer (not even in the dormitory space) Hangers Garbage cans (no garbage bags as well) God bless you and your family...

Good place to stay

The hostel is pretty close to the bus terminal. The breakfast is pretty good. The staff very friendly. The only bad thing is that The WiFi doesn’t reach to the rooms, only is available in the common area

Hotel was ok, staff were helpful. There was a bad smell throughout the whole hotel and no locks on windows. Also no bar, drinks fridge or anything to purchase.

Good location, very basic and dated.

Hostel Inn Calafate had great service and is in a very convinient location but the rooms could use an update. The bed was old and creeky, the ground floor window in our room didn’t lock nor did the cabinet in the room and the shower, while hot and strong, was difficult to work and had mould growing in the corner. Breakfast was minimal. Cereal, yogurt, fruit cocktail and toast. The shared kitchen was nice to have and good enough to make a basic meal in but pretty lacking in cooking utensils and no shared basics (I.e. oil). It’s a relatively small place and was quite quiet while we were there. There is a cat in the space that sleeps on the couches.

Excellent choix pour El Calafate

Accueil chaleureux,chambre spacieuse, coin sallon salle à manger très agréable et lumineux,petit déjeuner buffet bien Une cuisine parfaitement équipée permet la préparation des plats . L’hôtel à 800m du centre est dans un endroit calme ,car la ville est très animée musicalement Le wifi est excellent dans tout l’hôtel

dudosas gestiones

la pasada semana tenia una reserva paga para hospedarme 3 dias alli, y me encuentro con la sorpresa de que el hostel no trabaja con expedia lo cual no podia alojarme y con motivo del festival del lago no habia lugar en ningun sitio. expedia me ofrece alojarme en la ciudad mas cercana que es el chalten (a 160 km aprox) o alojarme en un apart hotel que me salia muchisimo mas caro. en conclusion gracias a esta DUDOSA GESTION gaste mi dinero , me perdi el festival del dia viernes, me enferme por el estres y ahora debo esperar que llegue el reembolso. la verdad no recomendaria este hostel y no puedo calificar mi estadia solo advertir sobre estas deprolijidades. claudio burgos

最低なホステル

オーバーブッキングの上、前日の深夜（午前2時ごろなので既に当日）にエクスペディアを通さずメールで一方的なキャンセル連絡をされました。 そもそもエクスペディアからの予約は全てキャンセルするそうです。 既に決済していましたが、「返金してもらいたければ自分でエクスペディアに連絡しろ」といった旨のことを言われ、途方にくれました。 宿泊客の話によると前日、当日と警察を呼ぶ人もいたようなので、よほどのことがない限り、宿泊しないことをおすすめします。

Excentré, aucun service, chambre agréable, propre

Chambre pas prête à notre arrivée à 22h. Hotel un peu excentré, difficile à trouver. Pas de cuisine, pas de wifi dans la chambre, pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Le personnel nous a demandé de payer 30 pesos par sac pour les garder durant la journée (nous avons refusé de payer pour le principe).

O hostel está localizado um pouco distante da avenida principal de El Calafate, aproximadamente uns 15 minutos de caminhada. Possui um pequeno café da manhã incluído na diária. Muito convidativo pelo valor da diária, porém não possui muito luxo. Recomendaria o hostel para quem está procurando gastar pouco com a estadia.

Un lugar tranquilo

El lugar es comodo y los dueños muy amables nos sentimos agusto. Esta a 10 minutos del centro caminando así que después de la cena caminar 10 minutos a casita te permite refugiarte y sentirte agusto después de un día de aventura.

Ma pire nuit en Argentine!

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h à l'hôtel et la chambre n'était pas prête... Ménage express pendant que nous patientons dans l'entrée. Après 15 minutes d'attente nous découvrons une chambre assez banale voir médiocre. Une porte en moins à la garde-robe, une chaise en guise de table de chevet et une chaleur infernale... En cour de nuit nous avons en effe découvert que nous étions juste à côté du local technique, nous avions donc droit au chauffage par le sol mais en mode maxi chaleur, il y avait aussi le bruit de la pompe d'eau de pluie qui se mettent en route à chaque chasse tirée (un vrai bonheur)! Ajouté à cela des enfant qui hurlent jusque minuit passé et vous obtenez notre pire nuit en Argentine! Je déconseille fortement cet établissement où le service est inexistant et les chambres médiocres...

Super nette Hotel-Leitung 10 min von der sehr touristischen Innenstadt Das Hotel hat eigentlich mehr Potential, ist aber typisch lateinamerikanisch nicht ganz in Schuss gehalten, oft schaut eine Schraube aus der Wand etc.

first Impression good, second not that much...

Welcome was very friendly, hotel appeared nice at first glance. On the second and third day the shower did not work that well and there was also no hot water in the shower (first day all worked well). On two mornings the breakfast was delayed by 20 minutes which is annoying if you have already pre-arranged transfers original need to be on time for the bus...

Staff was very helpful, but everything else was a big disappointment. Kitchen very dirty and almost impossible to find anything. Rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. The entire hostel needs a very good clean.

A simpatia dos donos compensa qualquer coisa. Muito atenciosos e agradáveis. O aquecimento do quarto é ótimo, assim como a limpeza, a água etc. O único ponto que não chega a ser negativo, mas merecia uma atenção é o café da manhã. Mas recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar no hostel com certeza.

Pessoas bastante prestativas, localização a 15 minutos a pé do centro. Vista muito boa, Ótimo para quem quer um lugar barato, que tenha uma localização razoável e uma bom atendimento.
