"The room is old with very little amenities. No elevator many stairs. The stairs are not your things stay away. Steve was not very accommodating. You had to beg for drinks and bed for towels. I’d only recommend it for a very short day."

George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Old San Juan....

"The hotel is beautiful and I have stayed in it when it was the shereton. This stay was just disappointing in the fact that, the AC did not work the entire night meaning we had to sleep in a hot room. The water went out the elevator went out and my mom with bad knees had to walk up 6 floors. They did remove the destination fee but I just felt we spent t to much money for all of that not to work."

"All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful."

Room cleanliness ok as well. Unfortunately, you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls and door to our room(large gapped opening at bottom of door). Guests were extremely loud- sitting in lobby area late at night- you could easily hear full conversations through walls. No management at front desk...

"The place itself is fantastic! It is close to Old San Juan and all of its historical spots and landmarks. The hotel is clean, safe, and even luxurious for the price. A winebar/restaurant is next door, connected to the hotel for added convenience. The ONLY reason I do not give it 5 stars (for Reference, i stayed one night) is that the staff is not readily available at the front desk.
