"The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so...

"The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly.
