"We extended our stay in Seville and found this diamond of a property. Two bedrooms/2 baths full kitchen and a combo washer and dryer next to a park, church and in the heart of Seville. It was so convenient. And reasonable priced. We paid somewhere else for 3 days prior to this place and paid significantly less for two nights here. Honestly, it was a great value, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. "

"This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly. "

"Hotel receptionist are kind and helpful. Approximately 30 minutes from all of the tourist attractions. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day. Overall worth the money if you are on a limited budget. "

"Simon Verde bot ein geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes und suaberes Appartement in bester Lage. Freundliches und überaus hilfsbereites Personal. Erheblich preisgünstiger als vergleichbare Hotels in der Innenstadt von Sevilla. Besonders vorteilhaft für einen Besuch Sevillas ist der kurze Weg von ca 2Km zum kostenlosen Parkhaus der Metro. Es sind nur wenige Stationen bis zur Haltestelle Puerta Jerez am Rande der Altstadt. Besonderheit der Metro ist die Tatsache, dass man mit keine Fahrkarte zu kaufen...
