"The heater in one of our rooms didn’t work.We reported this issue to the hotel staff around midday; however, when we returned in the evening, nothing had been resolved. As no equivalent rooms were available for an immediate room change, we were only offered a smaller room instead. This situation did not meet the accommodation standards advertised at the time of booking and significantly affected our stay.
