"We had a wonderful stay! Jordan at the front desk was the absolute best—helpful, friendly, and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. The grounds were beautiful, almost like staying in a jungle, and the pool was gorgeous. Just wish the bar had been opened. The location was very convenient and just a short drive to town. We also felt very safe, especially with the beautiful guard dog on the property. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"BEWARE OF GUEST FEES!! Got charged an extra $37 to rent an additional room downstairs for an hour! As for the room that I actually stayed at had no hot water, bite by mosquitoes and bed is hard. I ended up paying a total of $110 for one night when the room should cost no more than $30 a night. I would never come back to Jaco or this hotel again! "

"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "
