"The rooms are a little dated. But, it’s beachfront, the pools are nice, the bar and dining area is nice, the restaurant is top notch, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very good. Parking is convenient. The staff is great. I go to Jacó a few times a year and I doubt I’ll ever stay anywhere else again. "

"What seems like a nice place is definitely ran with complete disregard and unethical practices. You choose what seems to be a nicer place to avoid the scams that can occurs yet they would rather take advantage of the customer for every cheap dollar. First our safe was broken in and left the entire stay. Next they try to get us to sing documents in the middle of the night when we are stopping at our room with friends. Trying to get us to sign a document agreeing to bogus fees while intoxicated is unacceptable. We did not have guests stay over night and we’re at the room for maybe 25 minutes as a group and stopped in then left. Completely inhospitable. We checked with the front desk about that when checking out and they clearly advise us that there is no fees and everything is all good so we check out. Now weeks later I find a $200 fee on my credit that they went and shared without my authorisation and refuse to refund me. Be very cautious with this hotel."
