Our week stay was comfortable and pleasant as a result of the kind, courteous, helpful and efficient staff, the excellent meals at breakfast and dinner, and the hardworking staff that keep the pool and grounds immaculate. Due to the recent typhoon things were not up to their usual standard, Im sure. Leaves blowing in pool, internet and power in and out with generator backup. Overall the pool was lovely, restaurant had good food, rooms were very nice and felt high end compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

The staff at this resort truly made our stay unforgettable! This has easily become my favourite place in the Philippines, and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. My partner and I booked the Executive Suite with a stunning private pool — pure luxury! While there was a small technical issue with the pool lights, it didn’t take away from what was an incredible 10/10 experience overall. We even had the chance to chat with some of the staff and the manager, all of whom went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort! We stayed here for 3 nights and it’s GORGEOUS! The pictures don’t do it justice. Vanilla beach (our favorite beach) was walking distance which made our life easy. The staff were what really made our stay exceptional! They were kind, attentive, and so so welcoming. When we come back to el nido we will definitely stay here again. It is WELL worth the money!

Upon arrival this hotel is quite beau with an amazing view. Decent choices for breakfast and a nice pool with pool bar and music. Saying all that. I also used the laundry service twice and had two missing shorts. One swimteunk and one Jordan’s workout shorts. Also their room service menu doesn’t have all the items listed to order and the waiter had to. One 3 times to get another order. Felt bad for the waiter.

Bad wifi using old legacy network equipment, toilet smelt so staff attempted to mask the smell with a scent mixer bowl. Jacuzzi didn't have a working heater and the tv was unwatchable due to the poor satellite signal. Food was good for the breakfast buffett and the views of the bay were beautiful however the hotel overcharged me for this room with all the problems its not worth the money, I suggest you bring a wifi adaptor with you and if you are with Globe for Cell service you wont get reception.

Unser Aufenthalt im Bayview Resort in El Nido hat leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schöne Aussicht, die grundsätzlich gute Lage und das sehr freundliche Personal, das sich stets bemüht gezeigt hat. Leider überwiegen für uns jedoch die negativen Erfahrungen. Das Resort liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, wodurch es teilweise sehr laut ist. Wer Ruhe sucht, dürfte hier enttäuscht werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zudem mehrfach zu Stromausfällen. Das Essen im Restaurant war eine grosse Enttäuschung. Die Gerichte wurden teilweise kalt serviert, geschmacklich wenig überzeugend und dafür deutlich zu teuer. Nach einer Mahlzeit hatten wir zudem Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall. Auch das Zimmer wies einige Mängel auf. Die Dusche war stark verkalkt und wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer – für uns absolut inakzeptabel. Organisatorisch lief ebenfalls einiges schief: Der QR-Code für den Zimmerservice funktionierte nicht und der Zugang zum WLAN wurde bereits am Vorabend unserer Abreise deaktiviert, obwohl unser Aufenthalt noch nicht beendet war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war klein und wir hätten für ein Resort dieser Kategorie deutlich mehr erwartet. Der Poolbereich wirkt zudem eher wie eine Social-Media-Kulisse. Viele Gäste verbringen dort Stunden damit, Selfies zu machen, was die Atmosphäre wenig entspannt wirken lässt. Früstücksbuffet war sehr mager und nicht viele optionen. Wifi war sehr schwach hah selten richtig funktionioert. Zimmer beim Einchecken waren nicht grüdndloch geputzt worden. Pool war mega, sowie auch die Aussicht. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch waren wir von der organisation der privaten Touren sehr enttäuscht. Bei der ersten Tour waren keine Schnorchel dabei, diese mussten wir morgens organisieren wodurch wir 1h später starten konnten. Wir wurden gerfraht was wir essen wollen und haben für beide touren gesagt kein Fisch. Bei beiden Touren war Fisch dabei sowie auch praktisch kein anderer Essenswunsch wurde erfüllt, dass hat uns sehr enttäuscht. This hotel is below poor and we had many issues during our stay. There is ongoing construction grind the hotel, ruining the garden views, and a new road being laid directly outside. The advert suggests this hotel has direct beach access, it certainly does NOT! It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had ants burrowing through the wooden floorboards of our room, each morning we would wake up with new mounds of sawdust on the floor. The patio door didn’t lock, despite raising this with maintenance it was never fixed. The service is incredibly slow, some days you could wait up to 20 minutes for your order to be taken (we were one of 3 or 4 groups/couples staying). The evening menu is only half available, meaning a majority of the main dishes weren’t available. We found ourselves eating out most evenings as a result of this. Upon check out, the hotel told us we must pay in cash, despite there being a card machine at the desk and having a sign saying they accept card. As we didn’t have any cash, they told us to go to the nearest ATM and withdraw (this was at 0630 in the morning) I would certainly not stay here again.
