"We had such a nice experience at Riviera the amenities were amazing and plenty! The spa was also so relaxing and a wonderful experience. The room was clean, well kept, and the washroom was amazing in our suite! We had housekeeping come everyday and were always fully supplied in our room with everything we need including water. Would definitely recommend! I almost didn’t book this place because of some of the negative comments but that was not our experience at all when we stayed. "

"The most outstanding part of the stay was the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. I needed help with my tv and a worker got to my room within 5 minutes, and he too was very friendly. The hotel is very nice, the pool and courtyard area had beautiful landscaping and the hills in the background. The location was perfect... it was a nice resort style hotel extremely close to the shopping area with plenty of great restaurants. Overall, I had a very nice stay and I plan on staying here again when I come back next year again with my friends."

"I highly recommend this property. The facility is in very good condition. The rooms and large and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean and quite. The breakfast is coffee, blueberry muffins and oat meal. The staff was very nice and the grounds are beautiful. The location of the hotel is central and within 3 blocks of a grocery store. I loved it!!"
