"Very nice and clean property to relax. Staff was excellent and provided a very good service. We enjoyed our stay and were made welcome from the beginning. Even Days before checkin they were in contact with us. Communication is excellent to guests. "

"Comfortable property that is well kept and has good amenities. Staff was always very pleasant. The main downside was distance from el Peñol and Guatape. Overall good value property."
"Had a wonderful stay with Monica and Jairo in their lovely space. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows heavenly, and the towels fluffy. My hosts were very hospitable and made my stay as pleasant as possible. They were eager to help, open feedback, and proactive in terms of resolving issues. Would love to return on my next visit!"

Climb the 740 steps of La Piedra for panoramic views of the colourful town and surrounding reservoir. Boat tours around Guatapé Reservoir offer swimming spots, while local restaurants serve fresh trout caught from these waters.
"The hotel is an economy hotel, but was very acceptable for the price. I stayed 4 days. My room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. My stay was during the slow season and I may have been the only guest in the hotel, so I can not comment on noise. Good WIFI. It is an easy walk to the El Penol town center. It is a good hotel, I would stay again. "
"This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect.
I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us!
Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you.
But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there. Just communicate and give them time to make it happen. They will not dissappoint you.
HINT. Take the boat ride in and out of the place. The roads are .. well I guess you will find out when you order a cab to take you to Penol or Guatape haha. "
