"The property was delightful, well located to the old town and points of interest. The breakfasts were good and we really didn't have any complaints. The staff wasvery helpful with things like luggage storage and taxis. Overall a great stay."

"The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Staff were very helpful and kind and rooms were cleaned daily. The Westin is in a great location by the old town but in a neighborhood with a supermarket nearby and next to the big park. Everything is walkable, but the bus network is great! I highly recommend."

"Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful with providing a room so we could check out later, and bar staff were excellent. The only room for improvement was the breakfast, food was good and fresh, however it felt a little chaotic at times, though staff did their upmost to help during busy times. It would be an improvement to have table service for certain items eg eggs/coffee to reduce the chaos."

"The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the old town and within walking distance of most sites of interest. They have an underground parking garage so we rented a car at the airport for day trips out of the city. Driving in the old town was challenging with many narrow, dead end, and one-way streets. "This hotel is excellent. The staff were excellent, the glass of fizz on arrival was a treat. The rooms were a great size and we appreciated the coffee machine, chocolates and good amounts of water. Double sinks in the room made it great for two mates. Pillows amazing and comfy beds"

"Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport.
