"Great hotel right in the center of the historical area of Santa Cruz. Waking distance to the main bus station - convenient for getting to other parts of the island."

"The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Furthermore, the entire staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options."

"Receptionist was amazing, she managed to check us in at 8am, so we could go and explore the island. Very comfortable beds. "

"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. He was very polite, and explained how the shower worked. Apart from being woken a couple of times, due to some noise ( which...

"Needs some improvement with customer service, checking-In was not clear after downloading our passports to the hotel portal, the receptionist without checking the computer was asking for IDs."
