"The Palm Beach is in a great central location, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. Great location for the beach as well. However, the rooms and furniture are quite tired and worn, and the whole place would really benefit from a refurb to bring it up to standard.
On the positive side, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference to the stay. The food offered a decent and varied selection, though it could have been served a bit warmer at...

"Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Good size balcony. Check in was efficient and easy. Key card kept breaking which meant no easy access through the gate closer to the apartment but a walk back to reception from top of the hill to sort , not ideal ! Good place for the money but too far up a hill to return."

"Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return. "
