What I did not like - no quick walking access to restaurants, the only one available was a separate restaurant from the hotel, on the 5th floor. My husband cannot walk far....

"Elegant rooms, obviously enjoyed the Penthouse the best with both terraces having a hot tub. Love how almost every window is a sliding glass door that can open, even in the showers. The views are incredible, absolutely stunning. Unblocked views of the road into Provenza. You could easily walk to Provenza, maybe a five to ten minute walk or a $2 or $4 uber. I love that there are two entrances, one on level 1 which is the 23 Hotel side and the other is the 23 Living on level 4. Staff was...
