This is a very small hotel located on the pedestrian street which during the day is very quiet and very nice to be in, at night it gets a little loud, especially on the weekends, overall I love this hotel because of his location and that heated pool on the rooftop as well as the sauna

The hotel, staff, rooftop bar and location were great. However the downside of this is the noise from surrounding bars is very loud until around 4am. Then at around 6am the cafes over the road start playing loud music while they set up! We were actually offered the choice to not pay for our second night (on a non refundable booking) before we even checked in, in case the noise was too much. So we could check out a day early without it costing us. At the point of checking in it’s a little too late for this. At least they provide ear plugs. We didn’t have breakfast included, but the cafe in front of reception offers a variety of choice for a very good price.

I’ll book here again for sure

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I slept so well. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I also loved the breakfast; it had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. What stood out the most was the service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to come back!

Cozy hotel in the middle of everything, room was clean, bed was comfortable and for us the music outside didn’t bother us. We enjoyed the rooftop and bar and the bartender Sebastian was awesome very friendly.

Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

Maybe I missed this, but the hotel is on a loud busy street. Clubs close late, cafes start music early. Rooms were small but clean. Staff was lacking hospitality. The neighborhood is great but do yourself and stay adjacent unless you prefer interrupted sleep.
