"I’m sure the staff would’ve been great and the motel was kind of what I expected but there’s no place to check in. I did not get to stay there. I ended up finding another place closer to the beach that had an opening. I’ve contacted Orbitz to get a refund, but I haven’t heard back.

"Super quiet, just how we like it. Right in front of the beach. Both pools very clean . Restaurant service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The employees here are always friendly and willing to help.

"Gran Pacifica is a great resort to be at. Incredible sunsets. I would say they need to improve the dining options. There's only one restaurant in site."
