Gorgeous gardens, poor areas, fountains, gazebo, restaurant, hotel, rooms, and furnishings! The food and cafe were excellent; the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and ready to help with anything needed. My only suggestion is that black-out curtains be added to suite #1.

Convenient but oldish

Very poor quality breakfast, only one small of coffee included, extra at usd$1.75 ea., very slow service. No laundry facilities, bad when i planned this hotel for that purpose. Nice gardens and pool but the rest of the facility is old. Only 8-minute walk to lots of restaurants.

A charming older hotel in a a beautiful environment. The hotel is a bit frayed around the edges, with minor things that need repair. The staff were helpful.

Hotel overview was beautiful outside landscape. Rooms where clean and small for the price. Amazing view of the mountains. Complementary breakfast was poor. Only 3 choices and you had to paid extra for coffe refills or any drinks. Management need improvement. Restaurant only open until 1pm . Peruvian food is their forte.

Rooms are very tiny, and dirty (stuck chewing gum on tables was totally visible but was not bothered to be cleaned. Bad and extremely poor quality of linens and soap. Although breakfast was included, but only 1 small cup of coffee was given and no refills, ran out of bread on breakfast with no apologies. The lady Manager was very unwelcoming. The only person that stood out was Emelee who at least smiled & was very helpful. The restaurant hours were clearly displayed open till 9 pm but when we arrived for dinner all the reception n restaurant was closed (apparently they close at 7 pm)

Nunca pude usar la piscina porque estaban justo trabajando. Me dijeron que al llegar no pero que al dia siguiente si y nunca se pudo. Me dieron una habitación con el baño o dañado. Luego el señor discutienso con alguien que no se si es empleado o familiar. Para nada lo recomiendo. En las fotos se ve muy lindo todo pero no lleno mis expectativas.

The only good thing of the hotel is the scenery. Other than that it fails on several items. The rooms are expensive, having to pay premium rate ($89.10 with an Expedia discount) for an 8 square meter room, poor funishing, and with a bed that barely fits. The food is supposed to be peruvian style. I've been to Peru many times, and it's definately not it, with prices that are more than 3 times what is expected (2 small entries, 1 main course, 1 soup, and 3 drinks for $78.60!!!). The complementary breakfast was not that great either. Try not to stay there unless you have no other options.

El hotel se nota a simple vista en malas condiciones y la habitación reflejaba esto. Muy descuidada, necesita fumigación por exceso de insectos. Baño con olor particular y en fin, desde las almohadas hasta las toallas reflejaban la mala condición. El “encargado” prácticamente nos echó del restaurante cuando vio que teníamos un perrito con nosotros. Pedí el desayuno para llevar, por esta razón y el desayuno fue una total decepción. Me parece muy caro el precio por habitación por noche para lo que en realidad es el hotel.

La habitación no está mal, pero para el precio que pagamos está muy caro, y el piso del baño está muy sucio, la lavamano del baño está lleno de polvo, no hay servilletas, no hay shampoos para cabello, y la cortina del balcón está muy transparente.
