"It was a terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM on 10th April for check-in. The receptionist was extremely rude from the beginning. The first question he asked was whether it was an online booking. When I said yes, he asked us to wait without any explanation. He then asked how much we had paid, even though all the details were already available in the booking confirmation. We were left standing for more than 5 minutes, and he didn’t even have the courtesy to offer us a seat. Eventually, he handed over the key without any proper communication. The room condition was very disappointing. The dustbin cover had not been changed for new guests, the room had a bad smell, and the pathway was not clean. In the morning at 7:15 AM, we requested coffee, but we were told the coffee counter was not open and they could not serve it. This was quite inconvenient. We had informed the reception earlier that we would check out at 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM, and this was agreed upon. However, while we were out, we received a call from the same receptionist insisting that we check out at 12:00 PM. When I explained that we had already communicated about the late checkout, he refused to acknowledge it and demanded an additional ₹500 for a one-hour extension. He also clearly stated that late checkout is not allowed for online bookings. To make matters worse, when we returned to the hotel, we found that our room had been locked. The service standards were very poor."
"Simple clean room. Easy Access to the Temple.
Suggestion : Coffee / Tea / Breakfast Service would be preferred. Currently, the property doesn't serve any Beverages NOR Breakfast."
"There was a technical glitch. While my booking went through the hotel was sold out. However the owner was very kind enough to organise accomodation in another nearby hotel. He even let me get refreshed and use the room for a couple of hours before we could get our room from the other hotel. Very kind and courteous staff. Definitely consider staying here. Has parking facility as well."
"The staff was helpful but the room was horrible. The room and toilet were both untidy. The toilets had terrible dirt and was hard to use. My overall experience was terribly fuming."
