"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. Check-in from 2pm means exactly this,...

The rooms are very high end and spacious with great air con 2 huge tvs in bedroom And lounge and a huge modern bathroom"

Same access to premade to old town. Lots of restaurants and great food, nice people, walkable shaded areas. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. "Room cleaned daily. Comfortable and delightful balcony Breakfast was a vast selection. Everything displayed & labelled well. Servers polite & friendly. Pool area had plenty of sunbeds. No chairs in this area though. Good pools. Plus Aqua Aerobics was well attended. The hotel was described as accessible. As someone who walks with poles I found the access around the pool and restaurants very difficult."
