"Nice little boutique hotel away from the hustle, bustle and smog in convenient location. Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"The room was pretty clean id say, the one or the other wall could do with a fresh coat of paint but it was fine. I traveled alone and I felt completely safe there, so that was good. It being directly at the train station definitely is a plus too. "
