"The rooms were clean and everything in the room worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub worked and was clean. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast room kept it clean and orderly. This place acted like they wanted our business and they earned it, I would stay again."

Yes, the facility is not next to a sky center, 15-30 min. But the modern facility and amazing restaurant (4.8 stars) just treat you better and better. The staff were accommodating and professional. Highly recommend taking the Amtrak to Glennwood Springs. It’s 100 foot walk to the hotel. "
