"Mr. Patel the owner has been giving me trouble the entire time checking in. He has been so rude and he kept being smart with me. One incident being that he tried to forcibly charge me on sight than what was online. So i had him give me my card back and i made a reservation myself online. He also didnt allow my guest to have access to the room even when i booked for 2 guest and stated that i didnt put him down and there is no option for that online. Only the person checking in which we’ve already did."

"First the hotel looks really nice and brand new. Check in was wonderful with a nice clerk. Problems inside the room include no hairdryer( maid said someone must have stolen the last one) , One towel that looked like someone wiped their rear and it was never washed, others that looked like they had been there for a couple of weeks. When we went to get breakfast the next morning at 8:30( it closes at 9), most of the food items were empty including orange juice, eggs , breakfast meats, danish and pastries. It even took ten minutes to find someone to help. Really poor run hotel that should not be by the way it looks. We stayed at Hampton on the way back after the weekend."

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. But the facility overall was just a bit down on its heals. The street-level room opened directly on to the parking lot. With all the loud trucks driving by it felt less safe than it should have. A human can barely squeeze into the bathroom. The towels were thin, the lighting dim and the "amenities" few. The desk chair seat was all cracked and worn. Looked like something that should have a "free" sign on it at the curb. This room was $10 less than another hotel we stayed in the previous night that got five stars. There is no comparison in terms of quality. We were ready to leave this place behind."

"Breakfast was better than expected. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, muffins, bagels, cereal and juice. Rooms are in need of maintenance and housekeeping. Toilet wobbled and seat was loose and would shift. Floors were dirty and I did not want to walk without slippers on. Did not see any insects though thank goodness. Area did not feel unsafe.But definitely need to focus on maintenance and housekeeping."

"The exterior was in good shape, but the room was dirty and in serious need of a major upgrade. The desk was designed more to prevent robbery and the clerk had only fair command of English. I shared to room with at least one roach. I paid for two nights but one was enough and I left. The location is only close to I65 and nothing else. I had read that the motel had recently been rehabilitated -- but if so apparently they skipped my room."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The price was a bargain and the breakfast was great. Housekeeping lady was super nice and it was nice and quiet. Pool was clean and good size as well. My only complaint was the evening clerk who acted put out when I asked for fresh towels as we did not have our room cleaned that day. I highly recommend this motel if you’re trying to save a buck and don’t need plush furniture and a weight room. We have stayed here several times over the past few years and have always been happy with the cleanliness and the value."
