"I booked a stay to recover from a knee surgery. We intentionally booked an extra night the day before to swim in the pool since I couldn’t swim after surgery. At no time during booking or check in that the pool is being used all day by the British Swim School. We walked in no one acknowledged us or welcomed us addressed us. "Great place, people, and food"

"Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room."

"When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. I thought they had a better than average breakfast buffet with a good selection. I had their egg white omelet, sausage links and a some oatmeal. They have the coffee machines that grind and brew, so coffee was great with a good selection of creamers and sugar. I would choose that as a stay again near the twin cities."
