"Check in was great, nice & easy and the room was ready straight away. The room was a twin, a great size but very tired. The carpet could do with changing and the shower sealant definitely needs re-doing as it was black in areas. Breakfast was plentiful, could have been warmer but nothing too drastic. "Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

"Staff were very kind but there are stairs leading to the room that are rough to bring suitcases up. They have water provided and the bar staff were very keen to fill my water bottle up which was nice. If you are planning to come during the summer Don’t. They don’t have AC and it got quite hot in the room."

"Hotel ideally situated just off the A12. But there is no road noise that disturbed our sleep. Room was nice and clean well stocked with tea and coffee, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. "Room was clean, although I was put into a room in an annex that didn't look like the one in the photo. Some of the staff were very nice, but one was not friendly or accommodating, at all. For example, arriving after a 14-hour journey, I was not allowed to check into my room 30 minutes early. I had to wait in the lounge with all my luggage until the clock struck 3!"
