"What I did not like was Staybridge charged me $11.76 more than Expedia quoted. When I called Staybridge to inquire, they told me to contact Expedia who in turn said they needed to contact Staybridge. I also needed to send a photo of the charge on my credit card. Expedia then responded with an email that Staybridge had charged the correct amount. Two hours later I received an email again from Expedia that Staybridge had processed a refund on my credit card. When I checked my card, there was no refund. I again emailed Expedia who responded that the refund can take 7-10 business days. So now I wait for a refund. This has taken a lot of my time and I would have expected some form of additional compensation for all the trouble I went through but none was offered. Normally, Expedia has always offered great service, but this was disappointing. I am not sure who was responsible for this mistake, Staybridge or Expedia.
The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly, with the exception of stains on the arms of the couch, the room was clean and the breakfast was great."
