"Our first stop was Ha Noi, Vietnam and stayed at this amazing hotel. The staff was amazing, starting from Viper(bellman) to the bartenders on the rooftop. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Especially the fresh juices. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Hotel Du Luc Signature for a great start to our Vietnam adventures."

"Breakfast is not at the hotel. You will need to walk to another hotel to eat. The food is OK - pretty the same every day. We did not get the room type we booked because it was not available when we arrived (disappointed). We complained they later changed us a new room, but it was not quite the same type we booked. Another thing is the room in actual is only about 70% of what it looks like on Expedia! This should only be a 3-star hotel. The STAFF are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The LOCATION is excellent, close to restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, street food and shopping."

"Friendly, very helpful, staff, a cozy and suprisingly quiet hotel given it's location in the bustling old quarter. A great location with so many good restaurants, coffee shops, museums, stores, markets, etc within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Hotel is very close to the Old Quarter, which means you are close to restaurants, markets, and very nice places of the city. The hotel itself is an amazing place to stay, it’s very comfortable, very clean, and the food in the hotel is great, every day the breakfast menu is different so you get to try many things during your stay"

"Great hotel and location just outside of the old town. Great pool and bar area. The bar man made great cocktails! All of the staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ruby and Lisa in the restaurant, but everyone was so nice. Great breakfast! Had a massage at the spa, which was also great. Can’t fault the hotel. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you."
