My only negative was the blowdryer in my room - the handle was loose, plus the button you have to hold down to keep it on needed to be pushed really hard. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

However extremely disappointing that over a three night stay access was denied on 2 consecutive evenings to use the sky bar because of external functions . Hotel offered words of apology by why do it ? The guest is paying for these facilities . In addition on our leaving morning the spa was also closed due to ” water issues” not sure why this would affect use of the sauna. O "

We asked to be upgraded, and of course for a significant cost, the new room was outstanding! A completely different experience.
